Our Mission

First steps to fitness is designed to give you the tools and develop strong habits to create a permanent healthy lifestyle change.

First steps to fitness will not only improve your overall fitness levels, but your body composition, movement, nutrition and daily performance. No fad diets, no extreme workouts – just simple goal setting, support and lifestyle changes that last.

But How?

Every quarterly intake will receive the following:

Initial 1-2-1 with a member of the UPC Team

12 week access to online programme via the UPC app

Daily workouts which can be done at your gym or at home

Weekly check-ins with body composition analysis

45 x recipes and nutritional support

Access to the UPC social community
